Hi @emilykateemilykate - this resource looks really good, however on a re-read of this, I wonder if it is missing something about GDPR in that first section about using people's data. I think this perhaps needs just a paragraph to mention that, particularly in Europe, personal data is protected by GDPR legislation, etc. What you have covers a lot of this, but I think it would be remiss to publish a resource on data ethics in a European context without mentioning GDPR.

I know you're away visiting family, so I'm going to save a copy of the index file locally as a backup. The markdown will still be here in the pull request even after the CMS has been changed, but obviously you won't have a draft of this in the new CMS when it's launched. Instead you'll have to copy and paste the markdown into it and we can continue from there. Would that be ok?
