clarify project funding "amount" vs. "totalAmount"

the project_fundings table has both amount and totalAmount field, but currently we do not expose totalAmount to contributors.

also, can we make more fields in the project_fundings model required (startDate, scope, projectMonths, amount and/or totalAmount)
