The The dynamic z info is available on the private field There is still room for improvement for Dfsu3d😐 |

Dear all.
I am running mikeio 2.2.0 and try to process a sigma only 3D dfsu file in order to prepare a porosity map for a MIKE3 wave simulation.
I can't seem to find the "hidden" dynamic z coordinate of the sigma layers (compare https://dhi.github.io/book-learn-mikeio-modelskill/dfsu3d.html)
What is the 3rd column of
geometry.element_coordinates
? I assume the z coordinate interpolated from nodes to element centres at the first timestep?A cross section throught my dfsu file looks like this in MIKE Zero:

In mikeio I get however a maximum z coordinate of 7.2 m.
Isn't that strange, or what am I missing?
Thanks!
