Feedback for DNN Platform Upgrades (Post 10.2.0)

In DNN version 10.02.02, on step 3, there is no "Upload Package" button/link.
Should the contents of the package bu unzipped on top of the existing installation? (backups have been made according to step 2)

There's a note in the 10.3.0 release notes (that probably needs to be added to other places)

If you are upgrading from 10.2.0 up to 10.2.3 to this version and do not see the button to upload an upgrade package in the PersonaBar, please add <add key="AllowDnnUpgradeUpload" value="true" /> to the <appSettings> section of the web.config file prior to upgrading.
