An error in the installation process

Hi, I notice that there is an error in the installation process:

error: Couldn't find a setup script in /tmp/easy_install-0evnlwxu/scikit_image-0.22.0.tar.gz

which is caused by "python setup.py install"

Any solutions? Thanks.
