More changes cherry-picked from PushBuffer implementation, in a different pr to make the main PushBuffer pr lighter.

Also moved depthTextureInitial -> u_DepthMap and NUKE useless buffer unmapping and R_SyncRenderThread() in material system here.

This will be required for PushBuffer.
Will be required for PushBuffer. Also added back `_isTexture` to `GLUniform` because it will also be needed for PushBuffer.
Needed for `PushBuffer`.

Deleting the buffer automatically unmaps it.
