Modified Release

This is a personal release that:

Expects all messages to be of length 50 or over.
Adds extra duplication prevention by checking whether the characters 30-40 appear anywhere else in other messages.
Adds an output file in SDRSHARP>PROFILE DIRECTORY> pocsag{datetime}.txt.
Reduces the number of messages on the screen to 25, (as they are being recorded in file anyway.)
Changes the visible output to just the message time, and message.
