(feature request) start "month" by day

Hi,
So most isp's change billing cycles at a different day during the month.
I'm just hoping for a feature where we could define a billing cycle start date in the config and there to be a page to call that would show the current billing cycle's usage.

It's a good idea, I stopped using pmacct around 1-2 years ago so I'm not really maintaining this project any more. Having said that, reusable patches where the billing cycle is configurable in the config file will be accepted :)
