Built Program Caching

Along with a number of miscellaneous updates, the major feature for this release is built game caching to speed up repeated runs.

This release adds support for LazyBird, a LazyK Jot translator, and a set of Unlambda optimizations that speed up code by as much as 3-4x.

A collection of minor tweaks, plus support for the ALPL language.

This file, Eso.jar, is an executable jar. Just run it from a terminal.
