SCA config file for IntelliJ

I'm trying to use the Datadog plugin in IntelliJ for local analysis, and getting stuck. The plugin installed fine and is presenting its "hello new user" toolbar, but when I click Create configuration file nothing happens (no error, either, just no effect at all). I can't seem to find a good example anywhere of what should be in this file. Is there a start/sample I can create manually for now?
