When the tracer is starting with a project compiled using orchestrion, I get the following warning at start:
2025/07/28 13:41:17 Datadog Tracer v2.1.0 WARN: telemetry: metric name "orchestrion.enabled" of kind "gauge" in namespace "tracers" is not a known metric, please update the list of metric names running ./scripts/gen_known_metrics.sh or check that you wrote the name correctly.
