Add Expo on the selection to create new app

Currently, when trying to create a new app on the dashboard, it 's just react-native that is shown.

However the support for expo works great and the setup is not totally the same as the react native one, so even when user is using expo and select react-native it is not the correct setup that are shown and this could cause some issues for the installation.

For example, on the React Native Monitoring Setup each has its correct steps to apply, this must be the same on the creation.
