This looks amazing, thanks, Aaron! I saw one sentence where I wanted to dig into the phrasing a little more, but overall this looks ready to go!

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This pull requests adds information connecting Feature Flags to Remote Configuration. This is step 8 of the Remote Configuration checklist:
