  The basics are things like styling, site content, acknowledgements, etc. All of the content and style tasks will live here. This milestone is complete when: - All "static" content, home page, about, etc are complete - Styles are implemented consistently across the site - Site is responsive and works across browsers and devices

• Accessibility

  The site needs to be section 508 compliant, but also we'd like to make sure we are doing something a bit above and beyond the expected. For example, we'd love to rethink how we can present visualized data to low sight and blind users. There's an opportunity to create patterns here for charts and maps that are much more accessible than most of the maps and charts floating around on the web.
