TaskExplorer.ini stored in AppData instead of the portable location

I installed the application in portable mode but TaskExplorer.ini file is stored at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Xanasoft\TaskExplorer instead of the location of the app (typically next to .exe)

it shoudl prioritize a TaskExplorer.ini if its located in the portable dir along the taskexplorer.exe

By default (right after the installation of the app in portable mode) TaskExplorer.ini is stored in TaskExplorer main directory but is not present in its subdirectories (x86, x64) thus it is useless there. When I moved the file from AppData to the x64 subdirectory it seems to work and save the settings in it. The installation script for portable mode should be fixed to take it into account
