One observation - I anticipate that y'all will work hand in hand with other groups (career, resource aggregation, structure & Org), as your output will most likely inform their priorities and updates. I'd love inclusion of how you may achieve this cross-group influence and alignment!

Nice work on pushing this forward. I added a few comments on specific line items, but I wanted to callout that I think you could benefit from working closely with the metrics group (their charter). I think if you start looking at trends based on regions / industries then they will be pulling together some great material that could benefit your approach. |
