Minutes

• introductions
• decided we will use discussions for agenda / minutes to align with steering committee and overall foundation
• decided that 2/3 manager approval is all that is necessary to merge a PR, main branch should be protected, but small PRs such as typos are ok to merge without review (use good judgment)
• decided we will use PCC for meeting scheduling because all should have access, records the sessions; with caveat that it may be more difficult for some participants to join as experienced in other LF projects
• decided our cadence can be monthly, mid-week (not fridays/saturdays), using zoom and will adjust to accommodate other time zones as contributors justify the changes
• discussed our goals -- best practices for aggregation but also the aggregation itself
• decided that knowledge base is outside the scope of this group, since those articles, tutorials, etc. may more accurately fall under the general practice of doing devrel which is within other working groups already

next steps

• take time to review existing PRs, Issues, and draft charter
• create a draft branch for section 1.1 issue Charter | Section 1.1 | Define process for aggregating assets #15 to discuss how we go about aggregating
• next meeting date not yet decided until after we asynchronously ratify draft of the charter
