@josephholsten, can you amend your commit with the same title that the PR now has? Sorry about the trouble. This is a limitation of the semantic versioning title tooling when the PR has a single commit.

Here are the two commands you need to run.

git commit --amend -m "docs: update repo URL in mcp-server.md"
git push --force-with-lease
