Pass plugin options to bidsmapper to use properties and/or attributes for run-item matching

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is that for some datasets, one would like e.g. to use file properties only, but for other datasets it may be needed to use attributes. Currently the solution would be to use different template bidsmaps, but this is a pain.

Describe the solution you'd like
A single template bidsmap in which both properties and attributes are used, such that the user can select what to use. These options are then saved in the study bidsmap -> plugin options
