Optimized assets thanks to RDKRACZ
A few misc changes:
- Golden Wolf Armor is now Piglin Loved
- Wolf Armor Items now properly trigger statistics
- Fully switched to J16
- Equipping wolf armor now plays the armor equip SFX
- CCA update to 3.1.1 & standard dep update to 1.17.1
