fix: update server env variable to fix sending login email

My PR closes #750

I have updated the server env variable MAILTRAP_EMAIL from "mailtrap@demomailtrap.com" to "mailtrap@demomailtrap.co" because ending with ".co" is the right demo email address provided by mailtrap.
After updating the email, i did start receiving login confirmation code on the email.

hi @rahu7v3rma that wasn't the issue and the env code is correct. Thanks for trying to fix this issue, but the issue was with the production domain used and wasn't code related
