kokkos build error

Hi, I am trying to run E3SM on a local cluster with the compset of F2010-MMF1 and the resolution of ne30. However, there is an error when building kokkos:

no value foudn in env for Kokkos_ROOT. building from scratch

This looks like the problem:

C++14-compliant compiler detected, but unable to compile C++14 or later
program. Verify that Intel:17.0.5.20170817 is set up correctly (e.g.,
check that correct library headers are being used).
