The input data server is fine but I'm getting emails pointing me to this page.

Did the server get fixed in the last 1-2 hours? If it got fixed earlier than that, then there may be a problem with the action

I think the problem is still ongoing. For example, this isn't working for me:

The fact that regular cime tests are working in these github actions tells me it is likely https-specific issue nvm, that's because the files used in these cime tests are available elsewhere... (the failing action uses the builtin python library urllib, which uses the requests library under the hood)
