Refer to the Step-by-Step ENCORE Guide early on in README.md?

Unless I'm overlooking it, now it not very clear for a novice user where to find information on how to set up a new project. Same thing  holds for the wiki, where this is a bit hidden in https://github.com/EDS-Bioinformatics-Laboratory/ENCORE/wiki/Documentation.
