I tried out the Test Heuristic and walked around so the device would pick up new cells (and SIB1 messages). It gets the PMLN (MCC/MNC) right in the alert, but the CID is wrong. If I export the PCAP and look in Wireshark (which is off by 1 packet) - I eventually find the right SIB message and the Cell Identifier (I'm using CellMapper.net and the iOS engineering mode to validate the CID in my area).
