The cert path properties should be written to the config file in set_commercial_ca_paths()

If the commercial cert properties are not pre-populated in the config file before running the installer, the user will be prompted for the the file paths if they have a commercial cert and key they want to install.  The properties should be written to the config file after the user enters them.
