For resources

Description

This PR adds Abdul Bari's Algorithms playlist (YouTube) to the Hindi "डेटा स्ट्रक्चर और एल्गोरिदम" section in free-programming-books-hi.md.

Why is this valuable (or not)?

Abdul Bari's Algorithms playlist is a highly recommended and widely used free resource among students in India for understanding algorithms with clear explanations.

How do we know it's really free?

It is available on YouTube without any cost, accessible to all users.

For book lists, is it a book? For course lists, is it a course? etc.
