[Refactor] Move OptionBottomSheetGroup to common UI module

The modal-bottom-sheet UI library would impose XML Views dependencies upon consumers of the component library, so we should consider moving it to a separate module (or perhaps move it to :ui:widgets:compose:option-bottom-sheet too)
