add support for additional RSS tags in the newsletter template

Currently, support for RSS tags in the newsletter template is quite limited. It would be useful to (at least) support the following tags: 
- link
- title
- description
- pubdate
- content
- author
- category
- media

I created pull-request #2 that adds these additional features.
