Coolline not working when elvui is enabled

Steps to Reproduce

Enable the addon Coolline v 3.3001/3002/3003 (all versions have the same behaviour)

Expected Behavior
Coolline is an addon that display icons of your cooldown on a bar moving from right to left. When the addon is enabled, each time you use a skill with a cooldown, the skill icon should be displayed on the addon bar.

Actual Behavior
When elvui is enabled, the addon bar will show but skills won't appear on the bar after utilising them.

Only ElvUI Enabled
Yes the behaviour is reproducible on a fresh 3.3.5a installation with only elvui and the addon coolline enabled.

Blizzard Issue?
No, with elvui disabled the addon works fine.
