3D Portrait goes to full body on some chars

Description
On some Chars the portrait is normal and show only the head. But on other Chars it shows the full body. Reload or Relog does not help. Deactivating 3D/Portrait/changing to 2D and etc doesnt help. Erasing the profile/Cache/WTF neither. Even when i copy a profile to another, it still stays at the full body.

Steps to Reproduce
Sorry but there is no steps. It happens randomly when you make a char. Sometimes it normal 3D, sometimes its the full body.

Expected Behavior
There should be a normal 3D head portrait displayed

Actual Behavior
The full body is being shown

Only ElvUI Enabled
It is the same. I made a new char with only Elvui and no other addons. And the 3D portrait shows the full body. Note: this happens random! Sometimes it is normal, sometimes it is not.
