Question: best way to povide 3rd-party library

Hi.
We have annotations for Luanti engine.
We want to provide this annotations for Luanti community.
What is the best way to do this as it will be as much comfortable as possible for community ?

Of course, they can just download and add path to workspace.library section in .emmyrc.json.
Maybe it will be better to have something like Addons in LuaLS ?
But this way is not the best, as its only for VS Сode, and does not cover the IntelliJ IDEA.

We don't have the resources to maintain a plugin repository. I think you can release a VSCode extension that, on startup, detects the .emmyrc file and adds the appropriate annotation location to it.
