Add .NET 4.7.2 support , Pls

i need a library like this (100% managed c#) in Net 4.7.2

but its only for net8 :(

Add .net fx 4.7.2 support .

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. İ have used gmamalaze hooks

   • İt causes mouse freeze ---- most annoying
   • Weird key outputs on czech keyboard.
   • Hooks are lost after some time...
   • pc cant go to sleep on so me PCs
   • Tons of problemss,, its just bug fest over there

2. curently, i am using sharphook ::

   • sadly i learned, its wrapper of cpp library. :(
     • Cant make my Proj, anyCpu on non-sdk-style proj
   • really dont deal with with cpp dlls, its 2022.
     • want to get rid of it asap. , Dont like putting cpp dll in my project.
