Feedback on pem 9 - "Monitoring Replication Server"

Summary

The product xDB is now called Replication Server, so we should use that wherever we can except when referring to the probe name in PEM (which is still xDB). We should explain that RS was previously named xDB.

Also, this sentence should probably just be a link to the RS docs landing page, not the multi-master section.
