kb_options = shift:both_capslock

I have set swayosd backend and confirmed it works with caps_lock and num_lock keys. However, I use the `kb_options = shift:both_capslock` which allows me to toggle caps by pressing both shift keys together.

The issue is, even though this allows me to toggle caps, it does not trigger swayosd. Not a huge deal tbh, just wanted to report.
