Support for Tailscale / Custom Cert Generation and Auto Renewal

Hi,

As per the title...

Are you able to add the functionality to automatically renew certificates (via a cron job?)
Also, as I use tailscale I currently upload custom certificates which expire after 90 days.

My use case it to be able to configure a custom certificate auto-renewal.
