implement materialSkin

Implement material skin package to the project. Currently doesn't work due to the Forms1 designer class, might need to create a second solution to test on.

This will likely require a new project that is optimized for materialSkin (new project not using GOL startup template). The current designer causes conflicts when trying to implement materialSkin components.
