aki-postgres.py Postgres issue

Hi,

I am trying to use your repo and execute the aki-postgres.py and aki-preprocess.py to extract information from the MIMIC III dataset, but I having some troubles.

After some time spent setting up the conda env and creating an empty Postgres db, I am now stuck. I suppose the Postgres db should contain all the mimic iii data, am I right? At the moment I have it in a folder composed by csv files; how to use the aki-postgres.py script then?
