A few edits I made to allow study of WISHE processes:

  • Add additional diagnostics to feed out the parameters used to evaluate the surface latent heat flux, so changes in balance can be studied
  • Add a namelist option to prescribe a constant value for the the surface wind seen by the surface heat exchange (latent and sensible) - this turns off interactions between wind and surface heat fluxes to separate out what is just due to surface-atmosphere temperature/humidity differences

Trip tests all clean
