Document how to extend the guidelines #9
Description
It has been suggested that the RSMD guidelines can be forked and extended in different institutions.
It would be nice to add a small section, maybe in the readme on where to start doing this, maybe with an example on how to do this. That is, a little guidance after hitting "fork": initial pointers to the guideline files, and typical things you want to extract.
