The FDP extends MetadatScheme & DataService scheme. (from DCAT).
I'm working with Health-DCAT schema, and this added some mandatory fields to DataService. Because of the FDP hierarchy the fields are now also mandatory for FDP schema.
How should the FDP deal with this ? Should we support multiple schema's ? where we have DCAT and Health-DCAT next to each other ?
