input files and setting of Water Quality Model

Hi all,
            I need to configure the WQM in FVCOM 4.3. I think I could start with the simplest model included in the code, but I can't find any example of how to start with input or configuration files besides uncommenting flag # 5 ( FLAG_5 = -DWATER_QUALITY).
