Make `SmileFactory` support `JsonFactory.Feature.CANONICALIZE_FIELD_NAMES`

It looks like currently (2.12) there is no way to actually disable canonicalization of decoded field names with Smile format backend.

Changes needed rather sizable (plus need something in jackson-core too), will need to go in 2.13.0.
