Add predefinitions for more complex directives

Since Enums doesn't support dashes in the name, need to change the way the predefined directives works.

Support at least:
- base-uri
- plugin-types
- sandbox
- form-action
- frame-ancestors
- block-all-mixed-content
- upgrade-insecure-requests
