Upload CSV File.
Map fields.
Go to Validation Page.
Check First time System Fetch Record with Validation and its row is 1.
Update the Data and Click on Proceed.
If Validation Come Again then System display with Row No 1.

Every time Row number is 1 if Validation fire for multiple rows.
