How to use?

I am not too familiar with usage of java applications.
Also I do not find in the project a file, which would look like main executable file of Client-Dynamic.
Should I "compile" it myself?
Are there Instructions somewhere, how to make it running on Windows?
Is the client already working?

FROST-Client-Dynamic is a Java Library that you can use in your java applications. It is not a stand-alone application.

A stand-alone application would be FROST-Manager or the SensorThings Importer.
