Infrastructure costs reimbursement request

Over the past year or so, as a result of increased pressure on our infrastructure from AI scrapers, several of the virtual machines running the project's services had to be scaled up. This exhausted our credits from DigitalOcean early, which will be addressed separately now that the AI scraper situation is largely resolved. That said, I have been paying for the infrastructure myself for a bit, so I figured now is a good time to chunk those together for a reimbursement request. Here is a table of the monthly charges and a total. Also, is there a good email I can send the invoice PDFs, keeping in mind that they include my home address?

Got it, sent! Just figured (although of course I could have checked...) that e.g. a treasurer@ address would be suitable for this, if it existed.

@yorikvanhavre is switching the billing over to an FPA card so we won't have to do these reimbursement requests going further, but I have the June, July, August invoices ($281.30 x 3) to request for reimbursement--after that this issue can be closed. Sending now.
