[Bug]: Changing volume by scrolling over any part of video player

Describe the bug

When video is in full screen, scrolling to change the volume does not work if the mouse cursor is too far right.

1. play a video, switch to full screen (F)
2. move the mouse to 2/3 right of the screen width and scroll
3. volume does not change
4. move the mouse to 1/3 of screen width
5. now volume change does work

Expected Behavior

The scroll command should work on any place over the video.
