What does this PR add?
This PR adds documentation to the Miscellaneous Coding Tricks article about accessing the game's traces and tracing on the console yourself.
I have asked in the Funkin' Contributors Discord server about how opening a file through the console works on Linux and macOS since I do not have either of those on my computer so I'm hoping the information provided is not wrong.
