Problem with Cython OpenMP race condition?

I haven't seen those in a long time, but it seems, that we have another Heisenbug in the parallel loop of the kriging summator. Take a look at Continuous Integration GeoStat-Framework/GSTools#311. How often did you stumble upon this kind of behaviour @MuellerSeb?
Maybe I'm misinterpreting something, but I think from time to time multiple threads read the same array elements simultaneously.

I am looking forward to replace this cython stuff with the rust-core. I don't know ATM what was going wrong.
